The pro-aging movement has made it to our chairs, and it is brilliant! Yet where does it leave you technique wise? How do you navigate someone who wants to embrace their natural white? Do they want to simply blend or stop colouring long term? Maybe they have already gone ‘cold turkey’ and have a large regrowth. Or they want to move away from the density of their current colour to a softer version. Nancy shares with you a guide to navigating conversations and application techniques for grey hair.

If a client wants to start embracing their greys, there is a way to achieve this. It doesn’t mean you are going to lose a colour client. It means the approach to their colour services needs to pivot so they stay with us and don’t go elsewhere.

During this course Nancy covers the conversations happening and how to have positive consultations with direction. Nancy will share how she groups clients into four frameworks and how to combine product with technique to get to your goal. Whether it is blending, embracing or being bold with naturally white hair it is a journey. See real journey’s, the time they took and how they are maintained now. You will learn that out of 50 of her clients that have ‘embraced their grey’ only 2 have fully stopped colouring it. There is not only an opportunity to support our client base but also a business opportunity.

This isn’t a grey coverage course, though at times this is discussed – not everyone wants to embrace their grey and nor should clients feel like that is their only option. This is a course about movement in hair colour that is empowering clients to step into their own. This is the white hair version of ‘the restyle’ in haircutting. Come and learn techniques, options and learn from someone who is embracing the movement.
