Intro to Styling Curls and Coils is an online course that introduces the essentials for styling Curls (Type 3) and Coils (Type 4). Led by Abigail Butler @msabigailbutler, this course will give you the foundation knowledge to get you started in this area.

Do you have all the tools in your kit for curls and coils? Abigail shares her must haves with you, before leading you through a series of styles. These styles include, wash and go, drying with a diffuser, twists, bantu knots and stretching. Embracing and celebrating your clients’ natural texture is at the heart of this course. Techniques focus on defining shape and protective styling’s versatility.

Before starting this course it is recommended that you complete the TOTAL TEXTURE: The Science & Identification of all hair textures . This course will give you the fundamental understanding of Curls (Type 3) and Coils (Type 4).
